This is a video I made while at university and was designed to demonstrate the possible use of a timeline map for both therapists and ‘clients”. As mentioned I am a pluralistic psychotherapist and a key feature in the way I work is through collaboration with clients. The timeline map is a very useful tool in locating ways in which we could work together and the direction(s) of travel. It is by no means something that has to be used, that is up to you, but it may be of interest. Enjoy:)
